In 2018, PC.Net Academy was invited to participate in the events of the Career Day in Applied science Private University by the Deanship of Students Affairs; the day was sponsored by Prof. Mahfouz Joudah ‘Head of the University’, and initiated by Mr. Abdullah Al-Jbour as a delegate of the labor minister. Representatives from the Human Resources Department from the academy participated in the Career Day; therefore, students and graduates were introduced to the available vacancies, receiving their curriculum vitae and conducting job interviews to determine the suitable candidates for these vacancies. The HR department answered the students’ questions during the event, presented advice and directed students and graduates who are applying for jobs to take training courses that complement their educational experiences, in order to achieve and practice the practical side of their academic majors. In addition to educating students about the importance of developing and mastering English to meet the labor market needs and to pass job interviews. Furthermore, the event included awarding two graduates from ASPU ‘The distinctive Scientific Edifice’ and who are currently working in the academy: 1) The Head of the Accounting Department: Amanda Abu Shamlih 2) HR Officer: Batool Al- Hindi Their careers were filmed and presented in a movie by the university which was displayed in front of students and graduates as success stories.
